great spot near the sanctuary and charming eateries

We enjoyed our stay right next to the Sanctuary, just a two-minute walk away, making it super convenient for our morning visits, and there were plenty of cozy cafes and shops around, made our evening strolls good.

Satisfactory breakfast, marvellous location just next door to the center of lourdes next to shops and restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and with large windows all over. Variety of fab options for meal. Good service, parking nearby.

Perfect little and cheap room, hairdryers, a bidet, and towels in the room. Magnificent and perfect location, minute walk from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, greatly enjoyed this place. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

Family Friendly Hotel with Great Location

The front desk staff, especially Isabela, were super helpful! She were pretty good too get us a room with an very nice view when we asked for more space!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Very small rooms. Beds for people > 180 cm too short and too narrow. Breakfast and restaurant are very moderate.

Nothing, place needs a refurbisment.

Internet pictures lie,as we were lone travellers I beleieve that is why we ended up in the annex and not the main hotel. It was a fight each morning to get breakfast as we were not part of a group and they didn't want to know us.The doors to the breakfast room were slammed closed just before 9 am finish time to stop us going in for breakfast. Never will stay in a vinuales hotel again. Value for money,see what you get in a Hi Express hotel for less.

Panorama is ideally located just minutes from the Grotto-Shrine. The staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy at all times, providing efficient assistance with any requests. The room was impeccably clean and featured a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a good selection, including fresh pastries and organic juices.

Some minor issues with the hair dryer.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a minibar, tv, and free toiletries. The bathroom was clean and included a shower chair.
